This is the best pill box I have ever come across. It almost makes me want to change my name to Pam. Almost. The shape and details are just beautiful and it has this incredible dispenser latch, however, no pill of mine could ever fit through that tiny opening. The closure snaps secure and tight and there's incredible patina externally and internally.
