Shipping & Delivery Policy

All fine jewelry orders are shipped fully insured for their full retail value.

For security reasons, signature confirmation is required for delivery of high-value items. Orders valued at $1,000 or more must be signed for upon delivery.

Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout. Address changes after shipment may result in delivery delays or cancellation of insurance coverage. Waiving signature after a package is shipped also may result in cancellation of insurance coverage and your money will not be refunded, as was the customer's choice to waive signature at that point.

We use discreet, unbranded packaging for all shipments to ensure privacy and security.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours so we may assist you.
